Jordan Yap, 30, from Melbourne, has been found dead after planning a solo trek through Peru’s Huayhuash mountain range, his family says.

Jordan Yap, a 30-year-old Australian hiker from Melbourne who went missing in Peru, has been found dead, according to his family.
Yap last contacted family and friends on 14 September before a planned 10-day solo trek through the Huayhuash mountain range, about 400km north-east of Lima. He was last seen on a remote hiking trail.
His family and friends said they wanted him to be remembered for the great joy he brought to others.
