Protesters who demonstrated at an ICE facility in Illinois last year are suing pro-Trump influencer and conservative podcaster Benny Johnson for defamation, according to NPR.

The lawsuit alleges Johnson falsely claimed the protesters were assaulting ICE officers during the demonstrations.
